This is not how we practice business, what the client pays is what you are paid. Our fees are flat and upfront. There is a cost from Arise, which is a platform usage fee of $19.75 every pay period, and we here at York Virtual Enterprise charge a fee of $20.00 for administrative work and payroll each pay period.
