· Is this for real? 

Yes, this opportunity is 100% legitimate. We know that there are a large amount of scams on the Internet today. York Virtual Enterprise is an established LLC in the state of Georgia. We are a reputable business in the Arise Virtual Solutions Network.

· How and when do I get paid?

York Virtual Enterprise issue payment twice a month on the 1st and 15th of the month via Direct Deposit or Check.

· What equipment is required?

A headset is required for training and it must have a USB connection. A headset is a must while training and in certification. The headset will help with preventing sound kickback from your speakers and could be very disturbing while in class. Here is one that is recommended. When you begin to service you will need a landline or VOIP phone line and you will need a call center phone to receive internal calls. Please do not purchase a phone system until you select a client to service, as each client may have different phone requirements. Click here  for recommended call center phone if needed.

· Do I have to have a phone line?

Yes, if you are taking customer service calls you will need a phone line. If you do not already have one please do not purchase until you find out the client requirement that you select to service.

· What hours will I work?

What’s great about this opportunity is you choose when you will work. The clients have a requirement that you work a minimum number of hours per week, which are usually between 10 to 15 hours. Be sure to review the available times and the minimum requirements and select what works. You will be able to create your schedule one to two weeks in advance.

· How much will I get paid?

The pay starts anywhere from $9.00 an hour to $16 an hour depending on the company that you choose to service. York Virtual Enterprise will provide you with the details of what the pay will be and if there are any incentive compensations along with the pay.

· Do I get a paystub?

Yes you will receive an invoice when the funds are released. By being an independent contractor, it is common to receive an invoice for the work done and we will provide an invoice to you.

· Is my state eligible?

We are currently hiring in all but the seven states listed below in the US. We are not registered to conduct business in the states listed below.

· What are York Virtual Enterprise fees?

York Virtual Enterprise provides a service and incurs cost to issue payroll. We charge a flat fee of $39.75 each pay period (twice a month). This amount also includes the $19.75 processing fee that Arise charge for the administrative and the usage of the arise platform. Many IBO’s charge a percentage of what you earn but here at York Virtual Enterprise we do not increase our fee based on your pay. 

· Do we take out taxes?

No, we do not deduct taxes when we pay you. As an independent contractor you are considered self-employed and are required to pay your federal and state taxes (if your state has taxes) directly to the IRS. We will only issue 1099’s. 

· How will I be trained?

The training is done in a virtual classroom setting.

· How long is the training?

The time frame of the training depends on the position and the client that you select. The training dates and time will be provided within the client information. The training can vary anywhere from one week to a month, it just depends on the client and the position.

· Do I get paid for training?

No, during training there is no compensation. But when live calls are taken during training you will be compensated for your time.

· When do I start earning an income?

Once you have completed the training and pass the certification, you will then be able to select your hours to work. Once certification is complete and passed you will begin servicing and start earning an income on the job.
